St. Vincent's Athletic Complex

The St. Vincent's Athletic Complex is one of the newest SAU Athletic facility and home of the St. Ambrose soccer, softball, lacrosse and football teams.

Opened in 2016 and just blocks from campus, the St. Vincent's Athletic Complex has two turf fields. The Stadium seats 1,200.

Turn north off Central Park onto St. Vincent's Center drive.

Home of the St. Ambrose men's and women's soccer, softball, lacrosse and JV football team, the St. Vincent's Athletic Complex is the newest SAU Athletic facility.

Just blocks from campus, the fields opened for competition in 2016 and will serve as a practice facility for other Fighting Bee programs.

Ambrose Dome

Purchased by St. Ambrose University in the spring of 2011, the Ambrose Dome is heavily utilized by the SAU Athletic Department. The Dome is astate-of-the-art, 67,000-square-foot, 75-foot-high, multi-tiered dome.

This sports complex located less than three miles from campus, is home to St. Ambrose football, baseball, softball, lacrosse, soccer, and golf  teams each hold indoor practices.

This sports complex located less than three miles from campus, is home to St. Ambrose softball games and track & field competitions. The SAU football, baseball, softball, lacrosse, soccer, golf and track & field teams each hold indoor practices in the Ambrose Dome.

Along with serving as an enclosed driving range facility, an indoor putting green was installed in the Ambrose Dome in the winter of 2012-13, helping the SAU golf teams practice year round.

Wellness & Recreation Center

The new Wellness and Recreation Center and renovated Physical Education Center were exciting additions to the St. Ambrose campus in the Fall of 2017. 

Major features of this new 80,000-square-foot facility include: a 56,000-square-foot field house with space for practices and some varsity competitions; a 200-meter competition track, pole vault areas, and long- and triple-jump pits; four basketball/volleyball courts; a two-story cardio workout and weight room; and, a multipurpose room used for cheerleading and dance team practices. A new Hall of Fame, Club Room, and adjacent lobby features trophies andmemorabilia celebrating Fighting Bee athletics.
